Isn’t it great when science explains and proves what you’ve known all along? I’ve certainly felt a lot better since eliminating wheat from my diet 5 years ago and now feel a ‘rush’ if I accidentally eat some; makes sense of the addictive effect mentioned in the article. Also I hardly have any dairy apart from kefir which I’ve delegated to doing the digesting for me.
