I had this wonderful breakfast yesterday; it set me up for the day – I didn’t feel hungry until 2pm.
Enjoy the mellow fruitfulness of autumn with this delicious and nutritious rich smoothie:
- plums poached with a little dark brown sugar & cinnamon
- add enough strained kefir (or live yoghurt) to make 300ml
- + a generous scoop of Complete vanilla shake
- blitz in a liquidizer
Relax and savour the awesome taste while allowing yourself to feel smug as it’s so healthy. This would make a wonderful dessert for 4 people, though you don’t have to share…. x
