Until further notice, I will be working remotely, rather than having face-to-face sessions – unfortunately, my therapy room doesn’t have opening windows so I would be unable to provide a through-flow of fresh air.
I am able to offer telephone or Zoom sessions, whichever is preferable and most comfortable for you.
This is a difficult time for most people, but you don’t have to struggle on your own, or feel totally isolated.
